As Asian Pacific-Americans continue to reflect upon and assert their cultural identity, their art has envolved dramatically within the last two decades.  This evolution runs very wide and deep, as cultural influences as far ranging as India, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Korea, and the Pacific Islands come into play.   New ideas in art are further manifested by the increased attention these countries and regions have been receiving in the west- economically, culturally and artistically.   As Asian Pacific-American artists continue their rapid ascend in artistic innovations, we look forward to exhibitng their future output.
