“No Strings Attached” is rich with symbolism.  A string of clichés is strung between outstretched hands, life hanging in the balance.  The string also suggests putting everything on the line; risks one takes in pursuing his or her dreams.   As a backdrop, the work is suspended on a clothes hanger inside a box, suggesting an open closet.
